US Navy Helicopter Squadron HSL-46 Sticker — Grandmasters of the Atlantic

The Grandmasters played chess on the ocean's surface — and checkmate always meant a submarine detected.

Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light 46 (HSL-46), the Grandmasters, was a U.S. Navy LAMPS Mk III squadron based on the East Coast. Flying the SH-60B Seahawk, the Grandmasters deployed aboard Atlantic Fleet surface combatants to provide anti-submarine warfare, anti-surface surveillance, and over-the-horizon targeting. HSL-46's chess-themed call sign reflected the intellectual rigor required for ASW operations — every contact demanded precise analysis, patient tracking, and decisive tactical execution. The squadron earned consistent recognition for operational excellence throughout its service.

Perfect For: HSL-46 Grandmasters alumni, East Coast Seahawk crews, Atlantic Fleet sailors, ASW tacticians, and Navy helicopter enthusiasts.

Every move calculated, every contact prosecuted.
