Precious Monkey Pick Oolong Tea (8 oz/Tin)

"Monkey picked" simply means an oolong tea of the highest quality. Our top-grade oolong is a greener style Tieguanyin that is crafted to highlight the aroma side of the leaf. The leaves are fired briefly at a low temperature to release their fresh, orchid fragrance and rich, honey-like flavor. . . . The unfurling leaf of this exquisite oolong produces a clear, golden cup and brings forward an earthy aroma. The flavors are complex, with accents of roasted nuts and caramel.

Harvested in April 2020. Grown in the Anxi Region in southern Fujian Province, the unique process of partially oxidizing the tea leaves preserves the healthful benefits of the natural antioxidants. Monkey Pick Oolong Tea produces a rich, satisfying aroma. Great for gifts and self-indulgence. It is fresh and nutty on the nose with a lingering finish of speckled peach.
