HMLA-USA Skids Patch

HMLA-USA Skids Patch — Marine Skid Kids Across America

HMLA-USA represents the Marine skid helicopter community across the entire country — Cobras and Hueys, coast to coast.

This embroidered patch represents the HMLA (Marine Light Attack Helicopter) community across the United States, celebrating the skid helicopter culture of AH-1 Cobras and UH-1 Hueys. The "Skid Kids" are the Marines who fly and maintain the Marine Corps' skid-equipped helicopters — named because these aircraft land on skids rather than wheels. HMLA-USA unites every Marine light attack helicopter squadron under one identity, from Camp Pendleton to Camp Lejeune, celebrating the shared culture of the skid community.

Perfect For: HMLA Marines across all squadrons, AH-1 Cobra and UH-1 Huey crews, skid helicopter community members, and USMC Skid Kids patch collectors.
