Extremities GORE-TEX Tay Ankle Gaiters

Extremities GORE-TEX Tay Ankle Gaiters are great for Spring and Autumn use where an early morning dew may be present on low lying vegetation.

The upper part of the Tay gaiter is manufactured from lightweight three layer ripstop GORE-TEX® knitted from recycled materials, whilst the lower part is made from durable 600 denier polyester. The ankle area where the two fabrics join has an elasticated seam to provide a close fit, whilst the top of the gaiter has an elasticated drawstring to allow a personalised snug fit on to the calf area.

The zipped front has a full length waterproof and windproof fabric shield with a VELCRO® fastening to prevent penetration. For a quick and secure attachment to walking boots there is a lace hook clip at the front of the gaiter and a replaceable highly durable 'Polytex' adjustable underfoot strap. All metal fittings are manufactured from stainless steel to prevent rusting.
